Getting itto you.
We ship from our warehouse in Fairfax, Virginia. Most orders arrive in 7–10 business days nationwide via freight carrier. You'll receive a tracking number within 24–48 hours of your order, and the freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment at your convenience.
Yes — freight shipping is included at no extra cost. Because the Avyona Pro-3 is a large, heavy item, it ships via freight carrier (like XPO or Estes) rather than UPS or FedEx. The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window. The item is delivered curbside — you'll want a hand to help move it inside.
Yes. In-person pickup is available by appointment from our showroom at 2824 Dorr Ave Suite F, Fairfax, Virginia 22031. Call or text us at +1 (202) 699-5199 to schedule a time. This is also a great option if you'd like to see the bed in person before committing.
At this time, we ship within the continental United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping or delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories. Contact us if you have a specific inquiry and we'll do our best to assist.
Up andrunning.
No technician needed. The Avyona Pro-3 arrives fully assembled — the only step is attaching the removable armrests, which takes about 15 minutes with no special tools. Everything you need is included in the box. Most customers are up and running the same day it arrives.
The Avyona Pro-3 uses a standard US 110–120V, 50–60Hz plug — the same outlet you use for everything else in your studio. No special wiring, no electrician required. Just plug it in and you're ready to go.
The medical-grade PU upholstery is oil and stain resistant and easy to sanitize between clients. Wipe down with a damp cloth or a mild disinfectant spray — avoid harsh solvents or bleach-based products, which can degrade the surface over time. Do not use sharp objects near the upholstery.
The Pro-3 includes a dual control system — a wired hand remote and a foot pedal switch. Both control height, backrest angle, and leg rest independently. The foot switch is ideal during treatments when your hands are occupied, so you never need to stop mid-session to adjust the bed position.

The Avyona Pro-3 is rated for a 440 lb (200 kg) load capacity — significantly higher than most competing beds on the market. The reinforced steel frame and medical-grade base are built for commercial daily use, not just home or light-duty applications.
This was one of our core design priorities. The Pro-3's motors operate at under 45 dB — quieter than a whisper. You can adjust height, backrest, and leg position mid-treatment without interrupting the client experience. No buzzing, no grinding, no awkward pauses.
The Pro-3 is a true multipurpose table built for a wide range of professional treatments including facials, massage, body treatments, injectables, PMU (permanent makeup), microblading, lash extensions, waxing, tattoo, and dental aesthetics. The 0°–90° backrest range and independent motor system make it adaptable to virtually any treatment position.
The Avyona Pro-3 is available in White and Black upholstery. Both feature the same medical-grade PU material and rose gold branded accents. Select your preferred color when adding to cart.
Yes — the soft ambient LED underglow is included with every Pro-3. No separate purchase needed. The lighting adds a premium, photogenic ambiance to any studio — clients photograph it and share it on social media, giving your space organic exposure.
We've got youcovered.
Our 2-Year Manufacturer Warranty covers all mechanical and electrical components — including all three motors, the control system, the frame structure, and the electrical wiring. Normal wear on upholstery is not covered, but defects in materials or workmanship are fully covered. Contact us at hello@avyonausa.com for any warranty claims.
Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy on unused, unopened products. Because this is a large freight item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly recommend reviewing all specifications before ordering — and feel free to call or text us first if you have any questions. We're happy to help you decide.
If your item arrives damaged, photograph the damage immediately before unpacking or assembling, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at +1 (202) 699-5199 or hello@avyonausa.com. Freight damage claims require photos to file with the carrier. We will handle the claim on your behalf and ensure you receive a replacement or resolution.

Yes — we offer financing through Affirm and Shop Pay at checkout. With 0% APR options, you're looking at as low as $49/month over 36 months. That's less than one facial per month to own a professional-grade bed. Subject to credit approval — apply in seconds at checkout with no hard credit pull to check your rate.
Checking your rate with Affirm or Shop Pay uses a soft credit pull, which does not affect your credit score. A hard pull only occurs if you choose to complete the full financing application and proceed with a loan. You can check your rate risk-free at checkout.
