At Avyona, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.


30‑Day Return Policy

We offer a 30‑day return window starting from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories
  • Proof of purchase is required

Products that show signs of use, installation, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.


Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are non‑returnable:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or modified
  • Clearance or final‑sale items (if marked as such at purchase)
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect installation

Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved in advance.

Before sending any item back, please contact us at hello@avyonausa.com to request a Return Authorization (RA).

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non‑refundable
  • The customer is responsible for proper packaging and insurance during return transit

We strongly recommend using a freight carrier with tracking and insurance.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after inspection

If the returned product does not meet return conditions, the item may be refused or returned to the customer at their expense.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos and a description of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the issue through repair, replacement, or freight claim when applicable.


Pay‑After‑Delivery Orders

For approved pay‑after‑delivery orders:

  • Returns are subject to the same 30‑day policy
  • Payment obligations remain unless a return is approved and processed

Warranty

Returns and refunds are separate from warranty claims.
